Welcome to Garden Party - Roots & Shoots shops!
The first round of early orders for spring 2027 has been submitted. All the shops for picking up in Ontario are now close. Once I see where we are at re: supply of plugs, some of these shops MAY open again. For certain, the week 20 - pickup in St. Agatha will re-open - but not until January.
Shops for having plugs shipped direct to you are still open, and will remain open until December. However, options decrease significantly from this point forward. Suppliers are selling out of product very quickly.
Shipping Direct to You Shops:
Peruse the suppliers, and pick the one you want. Each of these suppliers ships direct to you. Each ships separately. You fill a case (min 4 trays) with each supplier you order from. You indicate your preferred shipping week at checkout.

- Ship Direct - BTG (Ball Tagawa Growers) - Large Trays (ship separately)
You will find more details and terms & conditions at the top of each shop. Please read them. This contains information about that pickup week, payment, etc.
Key Dates:
Dec 31 - order deadline - all shops close
Dec 31 - cancellation deadline. Cancellations after this date may be charged a 50% restocking fee by suppliers.
February 1 - semi-final invoices sent out
March 20 - payment due. Orders not paid by this date will be cancelled.
mid May (TBA) - week 20 shop closes. (Note the week 20 shop remains open for 'late' or 'last minute' orders, but product selection will decline after December.)
